MY FAVORITES PHOTOS FROM THERAPY SESSION
A Lille bit of my story and how I came to shoot photo therapy.
Before being photographer I was model in fashion industry, I often faced societal scrutiny and pressure on my body that should never have existed...
Over the years, and especially through artistic nudes, connecting with nature and meditation, I learned how precious my body was. I understood that I wanted to love it as it is, and not according to imposed standards.
I also had traumatic experiences with men, which forced me to refocus and anchor myself deeply in my body.
This is how the idea of supporting women in self-acceptance through photography was born, which was a real therapy for me too.
